Added more languages. Now we have 32 versions available.

Added some useful patches provided by RegisterPlus WP plugin..immediately activated to safe the network:

- Allowed New Registrated Users to set their own Password
- Enabled Password Strength Meter
- Prevented fake email address registrations by requiring new registrations to click a link in the notification email to enable their account.
- added captcha during registration (sorry but botz are very close…)
- added disclaimer
- customized email to new users
